Refund policy

Welcome to Cicia Store! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our luxurious lip oils, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to decide if our lip oil is right for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Additionally, kindly ensure that you provide your receipt or any form of proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply contact us at support@ciciastore.com, and we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that we can only accept returns that have been requested through our customer support team.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know right away, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, but we're happy to help you find an alternative product that you'll love.

If you need to exchange your item, we recommend returning it and making a new purchase separately for the item you want. This is the fastest way to ensure that you get what you need.

If you're shipping your purchase to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact, and you'll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

We'll notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and if everything checks out, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
